Return of Removed Material. In the event Grantor under the provisions of this Agreement shall remove any portion of the Cable from Grantor's property, Grantor will deliver to Grantee the Cable and Equipment so removed upon payment by Grantee of the cost of removal, storage and delivery, and all other amounts due Grantor.
