Removed Portfolios. Effective June 18, 2021, all references to the 1290 VT Energy Portfolio, EQ/Franklin Balanced Managed Volatility Portfolio and EQ/Global Bond PLUS Portfolio are hereby removed from the Agreement.
Removed Portfolios. The following Portfolios of the Trust are hereby deleted in their entirety from the Agreement: CharterSM Alternative 100 Conservative Plus Portfolio, CharterSM Alternative 100 Growth Portfolio, CharterSM International Conservative Portfolio, CharterSM International Growth Portfolio, CharterSM Equity Portfolio and CharterSM Fixed Income Portfolio.
Removed Portfolios. The following Portfolios of the Trust are hereby deleted in their entirety from the Agreement: Crossings Aggressive Allocation Portfolio, Crossings Conservative Allocation Portfolio, Crossings Conservative-Plus Allocation Portfolio, Crossings Moderate Allocation Portfolio and Crossings Moderate-Plus Allocation Portfolio.
Removed Portfolios. All references to EQ/AllianceBernstein Short-Term Bond Portfolio, EQ/Xxxxx New York Venture Portfolio, EQ/Equity Growth PLUS Portfolio and EQ/Lord Xxxxxx Large Cap Core Portfolio are hereby deleted in their entirety from the Agreement.

Removed Portfolios. Effective September 11, 2009 the following Portfolio of the Trust is hereby deleted in its entirety from the Agreement: EQ/Short Duration Bond Portfolio. Effective September 25, 2009 the following Portfolios of the Trust are hereby deleted in their entirety from the Agreement: EQ/Bond Index Portfolio, EQ/Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxx High Yield Bond Portfolio, EQ/Government Securities Portfolio and EQ/Long Term Bond Portfolio.
Removed Portfolios. All references to the AXA Enterprise Multimanager International Equity Fund, AXA Enterprise Multimanager Mid Cap Growth Fund, AXA Enterprise Multimanager Core Equity Fund, AXA Enterprise Multimanager Growth Fund and AXA Enterprise Multimanager Value Fund of the AXA Enterprise Multimanager Funds Trust are hereby removed.
