Common use of Return of Property and Documents Clause in Contracts

Return of Property and Documents. The Executive agrees that all documents or property of any nature pertaining to activities of the Company and to the Company Affiliates, including Confidential Information, in the Executive’s possession now or at any time during the Period of Active Employment, are and shall be the property of the Company and/or a Company Affiliate, and that all such documents and all copies of them shall be surrendered to the Company whenever requested by the Company. This provision shall survive termination of this Agreement.
