Return of Employer's Property. Employee shall, upon termination of his employment with Employer, return to Employer all property of Employer in his possession, including all notes, reports, sketches, plans, published memoranda or other documents, whether in hard copy or in computer form, created, developed, generated, received, or held by Employee during employment, concerning or related to Employer's business, whether containing or relating to Proprietary Information or not. Employee shall not remove, by e-mail, by removal of computer discs or hard drives, or by other means, any of the above property containing Proprietary Information, or reproductions or copies thereof, or any apparatus from Employer's premises without Employer's authorization.
