Common use of Return of Contributions Clause in Contracts

Return of Contributions. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, a Partner is not entitled to the return of any part of its Capital Contributions or to be paid interest in respect of either its Capital Account or its Capital Contributions. An unrepaid Capital Contribution is not a liability of the Partnership or of any Partner. None of the Partners is required to contribute or to lend any cash or property to the Partnership to enable the Partnership to return any Partner’s Capital Contributions.
