Common use of Return of Contributions Clause in Contracts

Return of Contributions. Neither the Sponsor, the Manager, nor any of their officers, directors or Affiliates will be personally liable for, or have any obligation to contribute or loan any monies or property to the Company to enable it to effectuate, the return of the Capital Contributions of the Members, or any portion thereof, it being expressly understood that any such return shall be made solely from Company assets.
