Common use of Return of Company’s Property and Materials Clause in Contracts

Return of Company’s Property and Materials. Upon termination of employment with the Company, Executive shall deliver to the Company all Company property and materials that are in Executive’s possession or control, including any information described as confidential information pursuant to this Agreement and including all other information relating to any inventions, discoveries, improvements, trade secrets, formulae, processes, or know-how of Company, subject, with respect to confidential information, to the exceptions stated in Section 7.2 above.

Upon termination of employment with the Company, Executive shall promptly thereafter deliver to the Company all Company property and materials that are in Executive’s possession or control, including any all of the information described as confidential information pursuant to this Agreement and including all other information relating to any inventions, discoveries, improvements, trade secrets, formulae, processes, or know-how of Company, subject, with respect to confidential information, to the exceptions stated in Section 7.2 above.
