Retiring Leave. (a) Retiring leave, as set out in Schedule B, may be granted to a permanent Employee who retires. (b) Only permanent Employees who are within ten (10) years of reaching the age eligibility for National Superannuation may apply for retiring leave. 19.2 The amount of retiring leave granted to an Employee shall be reduced by the amount of long-service leave taken by the Employee. 19.3 Retiring leave shall be calculated on a pro rata basis according to the Employee's record of service.
