RETIREMENT SEVERANCE PAY. 26.01 The Board shall grant retirement severance pay to each certificated person retiring from the Brown Local School District with three (3) or more years of service who are eligible for retirement* under qualification of the State Teachers’ Retirement System (STRS) of Ohio.
