Common use of RETIREMENT GRATUITIES Clause in Contracts

RETIREMENT GRATUITIES. The issue of Retirement Gratuities has been addressed at the Central Table and the parties agree that formulae contained in current local collective agreements for calculating Retirement Gratuities shall govern payment of retirement gratuities and be limited in their application to terms outlined in Appendix A - Retirement Gratuities. Disputes arising in respect of such provisions shall be subject to Section 43 of the School Boards Collective Bargaining Act, 2014. The following language shall be inserted unaltered as a preamble to Retirement Gratuity language into every collective agreement: “Retirement Gratuities were frozen as of August 31, 2012. A Teacher is not eligible to receive a sick leave credit gratuity or any non-sick leave credit retirement gratuity (such as, but not limited to, service gratuities or RRSP contributions) after August 31, 2012, except a sick leave credit gratuity that the Teacher had accumulated and was eligible to receive as of that day. RETIREMENT GRATUITIES. The issue of Retirement Gratuities has been addressed at the Central Table and the parties agree that formulae contained in current local collective agreements for calculating Retirement Gratuities shall govern payment of retirement gratuities and be limited in their application to terms outlined in Appendix A - Retirement Gratuities. RETIREMENT GRATUITIES. RETIREMENT GRATUITIES. The issue of Retirement Gratuities has been addressed at the Central Table and the parties agree that formulae contained in current local collective agreements for calculating Retirement Gratuities shall govern payment of retirement gratuities and be limited in their application to terms outlined in Appendix A - Retirement Gratuities. RETIREMENT GRATUITIES. The issue of Retirement Gratuities has been addressed at the Central Table and the parties agree that formulae contained in current local collective agreements for calculating Retirement Gratuities shall govern payment of retirement gratuities and be limited in their application to terms outlined in Appendix A - Retirement Gratuities. The Ministry of Education may recommend other regulations or requirements for E-Learning credit courses, and/or develop policies, protocols and procedures pertaining to E-Learning credit courses. A regulation and/or Policy Program Memorandum (PPM) shall recognize parents’/guardians’ right to exempt their child(ren) from the mandatory E-Learning program, and the right of students who have reached the age of 18 to exempt themselves. RETIREMENT GRATUITIES. The issue of Retirement Gratuities has been addressed at the Central Table and the parties agree that formulae contained in current local collective agreements for calculating Retirement Gratuities shall govern payment of retirement gratuities and be limited in their application to terms outlined in Appendix A - Retirement Gratuities.
