Common use of Retention of Track Implementation Protocols Clause in Contracts

Retention of Track Implementation Protocols. In accordance with section 11.4, the Hospital shall retain the Approved Track Implementation Protocol for each CRP Track in which it is participating. The Hospital shall ensure the CRP Committee has access to all of its Approved Track Implementation Protocols for the full duration of the Performance Period, in order for the CRP Committee to fulfill its responsibilities under this Agreement.
