Common use of Retention of Past Seniority Clause in Contracts

Retention of Past Seniority. All seniority acquired by any employee prior to the date of this Agreement shall be retained.

Retention of Past Seniority. All classification, departmental and system seniority acquired by any employee except temporary employees prior to the date of this Agreement shall be retained. Temporary seniority shall be accrued from the date of this Agreement.
