Retained Rights. Nothing in this Section 7.4 shall prevent either Party, at its own expense, from obtaining any license or other rights from Third Parties it deems appropriate in order to permit the full and unhindered exercise of its rights or performance of its obligations under this Agreement; provided, however, that the terms of such license shall not impair the rights of the other Party to Exploit the Collaboration Products.
