Restrooms. The restrooms, toilets, urinals, wash bowls and other bathroom facilities and apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substances of any kind whatsoever shall be disposed of therein. All expenses of repair or replacement due to any breakage, stoppage or damage of any bathroom facilities or related sanitary sewer lines in the Premises shall be borne exclusively by Tenant.
