Restrictions on other activities and interests of the Executive. (a) During the Employment the Executive shall not at any time, without the prior written consent of the Board, either alone or jointly with any other person, carry on or be directly or indirectly employed, engaged, concerned or interested in any business, prospective business or undertaking other than a Group Company. Nothing contained in this Clause shall preclude the Executive from being a Minority Holder unless the holding is in a company that is a direct business competitor of the Company or any Group Company in which case, the Executive shall obtain the prior consent of the Board to the acquisition or variation of such holding.
