Restrictions and Regulations Requiring Contract Modification. Contractor shall immediately notify City in writing of any regulations or restrictions that may or will require Contractor to alter the material, quality, workmanship, or performance of the goods and/or services to be provided. City reserves the right to accept any such alteration, including any resulting reasonable price adjustments, or to cancel the Contract at no expense to the City.
