From the time the Subscriber was made aware of the Offering (as defined in Section 8(c) hereof) until such time as the Offering is publicly announced, the Subscriber will not offer to sell, solicit offers to buy, dispose of, loan, pledge or grant any right with respect to the Common Stock.
