Common use of Rest Relief Clause in Contracts

Rest Relief. (a) When you work overtime you must have at least eight consecutive hours off duty plus reasonable travelling time between the end of ordinary hours on one day and the commencement of ordinary hours on the next day without incurring any loss of pay. The eight hour consecutive break can be either before the commencement of overtime or at the completion of the overtime.
