Common use of Rest intervals Clause in Contracts

Rest intervals. At a time suitable to the Employer two rest intervals of 10 minutes each shall be given to all Employees during each day or rostered shift and shall be counted as time worked.

Rest intervals. At a time suitable to the Employer two employer, a rest intervals interval of 10 ten minutes each shall be given to all Employees employees during each day or rostered shift and four (4) hours worked. Such rest break shall be counted as time worked.
