Common use of Responsibility for Gas Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Gas. (a) ActewAGL is responsible for Gas in its custody and control between the Receipt Stations and the Delivery Station at each Delivery Point and must replace (by way of commercial purchase of UAG in accordance with clause 9.5(d) and 9.5(e)) any Gas lost whilst in the care and control of ActewAGL at a time and on the terms determined by ActewAGL in its discretion, acting reasonably.
