Responsibility for Gas. (a) Evoenergy is responsible for Gas in its custody and control between the Receipt Stations and the Delivery Station at each Delivery Point and must replace (by way of Replacement Gas in accordance with clause 9.5(e) and 9.5(f)) any Gas lost whilst in the care and control of Evoenergy at a time and on the terms determined by Evoenergy in its discretion, acting reasonably.
Responsibility for Gas. (a) The Service Provider is responsible for Gas in its custody and control between the Receipt Stations and the Delivery Station at each Delivery Point and must replace (by way of commercial purchase of UAG in accordance with clause 9.5(d) and 9.5(e)) any Gas lost whilst in the care and control of the Service Provider at a time and on the terms determined by the Service Provider in its discretion, acting reasonably.
Responsibility for Gas. (a) ActewAGL is responsible for Gas in its custody and control between the Receipt Stations and the Delivery Station at each Delivery Point and must replace (by way of commercial purchase of UAG in accordance with clause 9.5(d) and 9.5(e) any Gas lost whilst in the care and control of ActewAGL at a time and on the terms determined by ActewAGL in its discretion, acting reasonably.
Responsibility for Gas. (a) JGN is responsible for Gas in its custody and control between the Receipt Stations and the Delivery Station at each Delivery Point and must replace (by way of commercial purchase of UAGReplacement Gas in accordance with clause 9.5(dc) and 9.5(ef)) any Gas lost whilst in the care and control of JGN at a time and on the terms determined by JGN in its discretion, acting reasonably.
Responsibility for Gas. (a) <Service Provider> will have no responsibility or liability whatsoever with respect to any Gas:
Responsibility for Gas. Upon receipt of gas at the Receipt Point, Transporter shall be in exclusive control and possession of such gas and responsible for any loss thereof, and for any injury or damage caused thereby, until the equivalent quantity of gas has been delivered to, for the account of, Shipper at the Delivery Point, after which Shipper shall be in exclusive control and possession of such gas and responsible for any loss thereof, and for any injury or damage caused thereby.
Responsibility for Gas. (a) Where You have given notice of vacating the Supply Address in accordance with clause 18.1, We may require You to remain responsible for paying the gas supplied to the Supply Address and otherwise remain responsible to Us in respect of the supply to the date notified unless You can demonstrate to Us that You were forced to vacate the Supply Address earlier.
Responsibility for Gas. Shipper shall be deemed in exclusive control and possession of the Gas until such Gas has been delivered to Transporter at the Point of Receipt and after such Gas has been redelivered to or for the account of Shipper at the Point of Delivery. Transporter shall be in exclusive control and possession of such Gas between the Point(s) of Receipt and the Point(s) of Delivery set forth in this Agreement. The party which shall be in exclusive control and possession of such Gas shall be responsible for all injury or damage caused thereby to any third party.
Responsibility for Gas. GasNet shall be solely responsible for the Gas on the basis set out in this Agreement while distributing it from the Receipt Point to the Customer at the Delivery Point and the Customer shall be solely responsible for the Gas at all other times.
Responsibility for Gas. 1O.1 Unless otherwise specifically agreed, title to the Gas shall pass from Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point(s). Seller shall have responsibility for and assume any liability with respect to the gas prior to its delivery to Buyer at the specified Delivery Point(s). Buyer shall have responsibility for and any liability with respect to said Gas after its delivery to Buyer at the Delivery Point(s).
