Responsibilities of the FETPS Committee. After a careful and thorough consideration of the faculty member’s application and by no later than the following 31st day of October, the FETPS Committee submits in writing a recommendation to the Xxxx of Academic Affairs, together with a rationale supporting the recommendation. If one or more faculty member applies for a sabbatical in a given year, the FETPS Committee will rank the proposal applications and forward the scores with justifications to the Xxxx of Academic Affairs.
