RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as a delegation or waiver of any powers or duties vested in the Board of Trustees, or any administrator of the College by virtue of any provisions of the Constitution of the State of New York or any statute of the State of New York or any rule or regulation of the Board of Trustees of the State University of New York.
