Common use of Resource Persons Clause in Contracts

Resource Persons. Of a common accord, the co-presidents of a local committee may appoint resource persons such as professionals, technicians or any other person who can assist the local committee in fulfilling its mandate. In such cases, the honorarium paid to these persons, when required, will be paid in their entirety by the company involved.
