Resignation or Dismissal. The Participant resigns or is dismissed from the employ of the Employers and the Related Companies related companies before retirement or disability as described retirement in accordance with paragraph (a) or (b) next above. If a Participant is transferred from employment with an Employer to employment with a Related Company that is not an Employer, then for purposes of determining when the Participant’s Settlement Date occurs under this Section, the Participant’s employment with such Related Company (or any Related Company to which the Participant is subsequently transferred) shall be considered as employment with the Employers.
