Residential Care Facility Maximum Daily Benefit. We will notify You of this opportunity to reduce coverage when Your Policy is about to lapse, and whenever the premiums are increased. You will have another right to change to a lower benefit plan whenever We increase premiums. The Premium payments for the reduced plan will be based on the reduced amount of coverage and Your age as of the Effective Date of the Policy. You have the right to reduce Your coverage, but not below the minimum required to retain status as a Partnership policy.
