Common use of Resident Rules Clause in Contracts

Resident Rules. The “Resident Rules” governing the Residence and the Community are attached as Addendum “B”. Owner or Management may make reasonable and nondiscriminatory changes and additions to the Resident Rules from time to time. Management will enforce the Resident Rules in a reasonable and nondiscriminatory manner; however, neither Owner nor Management will be responsible to Resident for violation or non-performance of the Resident Rules by any other tenant or occupant of the Community.
