Unauthorized Parties Clause Samples

Unauthorized Parties. A “party” is any gathering where alcohol is being consumed as one of the primary activities of the gathering, or if music is a major part of the atmosphere and the volume is such that it is too loud to be defined as “background music”. Defining a gathering as a “party” is ultimately the discretion of Great West Student Residences Management. No parties may be held on weeknights, Sunday through Thursday.
Unauthorized Parties. Bachelor, Bachelorette and Coming of Age Parties are not permitted by the Village IV Organization's membership rules. Management reserves the right to cancel the party when the party's purpose is apparently an unauthorized bachelor, bachelorette, or coming of age event. The host member will automatically forfeit the Damage Security Check.
