RESERVATION PROCESS. The Customer shall send by writing (fax or mail) to the RESIDENCE LES CALANQUES the rooming list (list of the participants and the room allocation), not later than one month before the arrival date. This rooming list does not serve for the billing basis. The amendment of the room units is considered as a cancellation, giving rise to the application of the article 12.v. The residence units, which have been booked, shall be made available for the Customer from 4pm on the arrival date. The residence units must be released not later than 10.00am on the departure day. After this deadline passed, an extra cost might be required on the basis of the current public rate.
