Rescreening of Subjects. ‌‌‌‌ Subjects must be screened according to the full list of inclusion/exclusion criteria in Section 8.1 and 8.2 of this protocol. After informed consent is signed, a separate screening visit is allowed for the following criteria:  INC01 – Subject must be 18 to 35 years of age  EXC12 – Participation of the subject in a clinical trial within the previous 30 days or currently enrolled in any clinical trial This separate screening visit can take place regardless of whether any other criterion has been verified. Rescreening of subjects is not allowed in this study.

  • Random Testing Notwithstanding any provisions of the Collective Agreement or any special agreements appended thereto, section 4.6 of the Canadian Model will not be applied by agreement. If applied to a worker dispatched by the Union, it will be applied or deemed to be applied unilaterally by the Employer.
