Common use of Reschedule Aircraft Clause in Contracts

Reschedule Aircraft. Boeing may reschedule any or all of the Aircraft. Boeing will give Customer twenty business days advance notice of any such Aircraft rescheduling, and will not reschedule Aircraft for which Customer is successful in obtaining Government Approval prior to the expiration of such 20 business day notification period. The following terms shall apply to the rescheduled Aircraft.
