Requisition of an Engine for Use by Governmental Authorities. In the event of the requisition for use by any governmental authority (other than in circumstances contemplated by Section 10.4) of any Engine but not the Airframe, Lessee will replace such Engine hereunder by complying with the terms of Section 10.2 to the same extent as if an Event of Loss had occurred with respect to such Engine, and any payments received by Lessor or Lessee from such governmental authority with respect to such requisition shall be paid over to, or retained by, Lessee (subject to performance by Lessee of the terms of Section 10.2 to the same extent as if an Event of Loss had occurred with respect to such requisitioned Engine).
