Check Program. For check programs, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall have the need to provide staffing for San Antonio and Salt Lake City at this time. Staffing requirements will be based on volume forecasted by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Workforce Management Team based on business requirements. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall provide at least 4-week notice when business needs arise, but Faneuil understands that on occasion, due to changes in the business requirements, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may not be able to provide a 4-week notice. Should this be the case, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall provide as much notice as possible to include the number of Specialists needed, schedules and class start date.
Check Program. The Contractor agrees to establish, implement, and execute a Criminal Records check program as approved by RED, conducted in compliance with San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12T Fair Chance Ordinance, and that includes the following, at a minimum:
i. A policy explaining the various testing requirements, including procedures and consequences for those employees who have a prohibited conviction or status, and the name of the third-party administrator that your company uses to perform these checks. The policy must be distributed to all of the Contractor's employees who provide Guard Services;
ii. Training of all employees subject to the Criminal Records check Policy;
iii. Record-keeping and reporting: retain records of criminal records checks, and provide reports to RED if requested.
