REQUIRED STANDARDS. Faculty will meet the Higher Learning Commission and/or Ohio Department of Higher Education, whichever is more stringent, requirements for reassignments or entrance to a bargaining unit position. These standards will be updated as necessary on the institution website. See Appendix F. a. If the College determines that an Employee would need to complete additional requirements as a condition of employment, the College will give written notice to the Employee and the president of SSEA of any such conditions at the time the Employee is initially hired.
