QM Committee Clause Samples
The QM Committee clause establishes a designated group responsible for overseeing quality management within an organization or project. This committee typically comprises representatives from relevant departments and is tasked with developing, implementing, and monitoring quality standards and procedures. QM Committee. The Contractor will establish a QM Committee charged with implementing comprehensive quality management plan under the direction of the HIV SNP Medical Director and the Governing Board of the Contractor. The Committee will meet, at a minimum, quarterly. QM functions of the Committee will include oversight of the QM peer review process and the provision of periodic written and oral reports to the Governing Board. The Committee will be made up of representatives of HIV SNP network members and individuals responsible for implementation of Quality Improvement (QI), including PCPs, other HIV specialists and non-clinician providers.
QM Committee. The contractor shall have adequate general liability insurance for members of the QM committee and subcommittees, if any. The committee shall include representation by providers who serve enrollees with special needs.
