SUB-CONTRACTORS TO BE UTILIZED FOR PROJECT PSP shall perform the services under this Assignment with its own forces unless otherwise specified. If the scope of services is less than $100,000.00, a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP) is not required. REQUIRED FOR PART 2 JOC - PRICING OF Regular Hours Coefficient What is your regular hours coefficient for the RS Means Price Book? (FAILURE TO RESPOND PROHIBITS PART 2 JOC EVALUATION) Remember that this is a ceiling price proposed. You can discount lower than your proposed contract coefficient, but not higher. SUB-CONTRACTORS Transfer Agent may, without further consent on the part of Customer, subcontract with other subcontractors for telephone and mailing services as may be required from time to time; provided, however, that the Transfer Agent shall be as fully responsible to the Customer for the acts and omissions of any subcontractor as it is for its own acts and omissions.

CLEAN AIR ACT AND THE FEDERAL WATER POLLUTION CONTROL ACT (a) If the Sub-Recipient, with the funds authorized by this Agreement, enters into a contract that exceeds $150,000, then any such contract must include the following provision: Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7401-7671q) and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251-1387), and will report violations to FEMA and the Regional Office of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Green Economy/Carbon Footprint a) The Supplier/Service Provider has in its bid provided Transnet with an understanding of the Supplier’s/Service Provider’s position with regard to issues such as waste disposal, recycling and energy conservation.
