Required Detail; Assumptions and Clarifications. The GMP Proposal and all supporting documents shall identify and describe all items, assumptions, costs, contingencies, schedules and other matters necessary and relevant for proper execution and completion of the Work and for establishment of the Guaranteed Maximum Price. The GMP proposal shall delineate each assumption, clarification or other cost item relevant to, but not fully developed by, the Construction Documents and provide a magnitude of cost for each item denoted. The GMP Proposal and the supporting documents are complementary; however, in the event of an irreconcilable conflict between or among them, the interpretation that provides for the higher quality of material and/or workmanship shall prevail over all other interpretations.
