Request Procedures. A. Employees desiring to accept or undertake outside employment, or to engage in or be associated with a business enterprise, shall obtain prior approval of the Employer by forwarding a request on CBP Form 3031, Request to Engage in Outside Employment or Business Activities. Provided the Form 3031 contains sufficient and complete information for the Employer to make a decision, the Employer will act on the request as soon as reasonably possible, but in no case later than fifteen (15) working days after receipt of the Form 3031.
