Representatives of Agency. The Agency shall inform the Alliance of the name or title of the individual at each step to whom a grievance is to be presented, and shall inform employees by means of notices posted in places where such notices are most likely to come to the attention of the employees, or otherwise as determined by agreement between the Agency and the Alliance.
