The Property Owner represents and warrants that he/she has validly executed this Agreement and the same constitute the binding obligation of the Property Owner. The Property Owner has full power, authority, and capacity to enter into the Agreement, to carry out the Property Owner’s obligations as described in this Agreement, and to assume responsibility for compliance with all applicable federal rules and regulations
