Common use of REPORTING ALLOWANCE Clause in Contracts

REPORTING ALLOWANCE. 11.01 When an Employee reports for work on time on his/her regular shift unless previously otherwise notified he/she shall be paid for not less than four (4) hours at his/her standard hourly rate, provided he/she reports promptly to his/her Supervisor, and accepts such work as he/she may be directed to by his/her Supervisor. If he/she refuses such work, he/she shall not be entitled to pay there under.

If he/she he refuses such work, he/she shall he will not be entitled to pay there underthereunder.

If he/she he refuses such work, he/she he shall not be entitled to pay there underhereunder.
