Reporting Absence. A. Notification of an expected temporary absence should be reported to the proper administrator on the day before the absence, or no later than one and one half (1-1/2) hours before the paraprofessional normally reports to work. B. In the event the employee does not plan to return on the following day, the school's office should be notified no later than 3 p.m. on the day of the absence. Otherwise, the employee will be expected to return to work.
