Common use of Report Preparation Clause in Contracts

Report Preparation. Prepare a report containing schematic layouts, sketches and conceptual design criteria with appropriate exhibits to indicate clearly the considerations involved and the alternative solutions available to the City and setting forth the Engineer's findings and recommendations with opinions of probable total costs for the Project, including construction cost, contingencies, allowances for charges of all professionals and consultants, allowances for the cost of land and rights-of-way, compensation for or damages to properties and interest and financing charges (all of which are hereinafter called "Project Costs").
