Rent-to-Buy Fees. You agree to pay Bolt Bikes the Weekly Fees for use of the Bike weekly, in advance. Weekly Fees are payable from the date that you take possession of the Bike until the ownership of the Bike is transferred to you or the Bike is returned to Bolt Bikes, as set out in this agreement, unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing.

  • Rental Fees The Employer agrees to enter into a tool rental agreement with mechanics wherein the Employer shall pay a fee for the employee’s use of such tools in the service of the Employer. The agreement shall be of legal form and shall contain as minimum provisions the following:

  • Base Rent Lessee shall pay Base Rent and other rent or charges, as the same may be adjusted from time to time, to Lessor in lawful money of the United States, without offset or deduction, on or before the day on which it is due under the terms of this Lease. Base Rent and all other rent and charges for any period during the term hereof which is for less than one full month shall be prorated based upon the actual number of days of the month involved. Payment of Base Rent and other charges shall be made to Lessor at its address stated herein or to such other persons or at such other addresses as Lessor may from time to time designate in writing to Lessee.

  • TENANT FEES Owner agrees that the Agent may receive and keep fees and charges from tenants for:

  • Rent Payments Xxxxxx agrees to pay rent to the Landlord during the term of this Lease in equal monthly installments of $975, which shall be paid on or before the first day of the month. Xxxxxx agrees that if rent is not paid in full on or before 1st day of the month, Tenant will pay a late charge of $97.50 as allowed by applicable Georgia law.The prorated rent from the commencement of this Lease to the first day of the following month is $975, which amount shall be paid at the execution of this Lease. Xxxxxx agrees that rent shall be paid in lawful money of the United States via the Xxxxx Residents App. Rent payments shall be made payable to and mailed or delivered to the following address: P.O. Xxxxxx agrees that rent will be deemed paid only once Landlord or Landlord’s agent receives the rent monies, either by mail or by delivery to the above address. If there are multiple Tenants signed to this Lease, all such Tenants are jointly, severally and individually bound by, and liable under, the terms and conditions of this Lease. A judgment entered against one Tenant shall be no bar to an action against other Tenants.

  • Basic Rent The periodic rent payable for the Aircraft throughout the Basic Term pursuant to Section 3.02 of the Lease, adjusted pursuant to Article 3 of the Lease. Basic Term.
