Removals, Etc. Without at least 30 days' prior written notice to Agent, the Company shall not: (i) maintain any of its books and records with respect to the Collateral at any office or maintain its principal place of business at any place, or permit any Inventory or Equipment to be located anywhere, other than at the address initially indicated for notices to it under SECTION 7 or at one of the locations identified in ANNEX 6 or in transit from one of such locations to another; (ii) change its corporate name, or the name under which it does business, from the name shown on the signature pages to this Agreement.
