Removal and Reassignment. Vendor agrees to remove any of its staff or subcontractor’s staff from performing Services if the Board, in its sole discretion, believes that such individual is not performing acceptably or is endangering the safety or welfare of any CPS student. Vendor further agrees to bear any costs associated with the removal of such person.
