Remote Work. The parties are in favour of remote working and have prepared a framework agreement and a proposal for a model agreement on remote working. If it is compatible with the company's needs, the employee can be given the opportunity for a flexible work situation within a binding framework. The parties recommend that a framework agreement and a model agreement on remote work should be used for remote working arrangements, cf. Appendix
