Remediation Process for Unsatisfactory Performance. An unsatisfactory performance may be used to initiate a remediation plan. A remediation plan is appropriate where the unsatisfactory performance may be corrected through intervention, training or some other form of assistance. The remediation plan will be jointly developed by the supervising administrator and the affected faculty member. The supervising administrator will determine the final remediation plan. A remediation plan is not appropriate for improper behavior or other unprofessional conduct not related to instructional performance.
