Relocation Bonus. Company shall pay Executive a relocation payment of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) within one month after the Commencement Date. In the event of Termination by Executive within 12 months after the Commencement Date, a prorated portion of the Relocation Bonus shall be repaid to the company reflecting the remaining portion of the first 12 months of service.
