Relief In A Management Classification. A Nurse assigned by the Employer to temporarily fulfill selected functions of a management position shall be compensated at the rate of seven dollars ($7.00) per seven and one-half (7.5) hour shift, in addition to the Nurse’s regular pay rate. The Nurse shall be paid from the first day of such assignment.
